After months of hard work and the student choice round, four teams presented their designs for the Cafeteria Design Contest to a judges' panel on Wednesday, April 27 in the Delone Catholic Library. The judges chose the design created by Emily McCann '22 to win the top prize. The teams of Ella Zinn '22, and Adam Lawrence '23, Colby Noel '23 and Riley Slee '23, tied for second place, and the team of Kaiden Miller '25 and Alexander Vrankin '25 came in third.

The Class of 2022 will be inducted in a series of events to take place on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, as part of the school’s celebration of Founder’s Day. Founder’s Day 2022 celebrates the 158th birthday of the school’s founding benefactor and namesake, Charles J. Delone, Esq.

#SquireStrongStart Campaign a Team Effort Delone Catholic High School is celebrating one month of full-day, in-person instruction for its 342 students in grades 9-12. The freshman class reported on Aug. 24, and the full student body arrived on Aug. 25. Since then, school has been held in-person, five days a week, with no interruptions.

Members of the Delone Catholic community are welcome to join in a series of events throughout the day to celebrate the achievements of this outstanding group of individuals. The Hall of Honor nomination committee also invites nominations for the Hall of Honor Class of 2021.

By Samantha Dolecki '19 Delone Catholic’s spring musical of the 2018-19 school year, Beauty and the Beast, made sold- out audiences believe in classic Disney magic once again. However, no magic spell was cast to give the production its historic success. The musical was possible with not only an amazing group of student actors and musicians, but with the immense help of some real heroes who made us feel like more than just a guest.
